①母屋おもや / omoya

家族かぞくが生活せいかつをする、一番いちばん大おおきな建物たてものを「母屋おもや」または「主屋しゅおく」と言いいます。
The main building for the family is called Omoya or Shuoku.

②離れはなれ / hanare

母屋おもやから少すこし離はなれた小ちいさな建物たてものです。家族かぞくの部屋へやや、お客きゃくさんの部屋へやがあります。
Hanare is a smaller building beside Omoya, and it has rooms for the family or the guests.

③蔵くら / kura

食たべ物ものや、大切たいせつなものを入いれておくところです。
Kura is a building to store food and important things.

壁かべは土つちや石いしで作つくります。
The walls are made of earth or stones.

土つちや漆喰しっくいを塗ぬった蔵くらを土蔵どぞうといいます。
A Kura with earth or Shikkui walls is called Dozō.
